The 12-Week Programs ($99/mo) give you structured, day-by-day training blocks specifically for Hyrox or pure running capacity. The Hyrox Library ($49/mo) gives you ongoing access to individual Hyrox workouts, conditioning guides, and the private athlete community without a strict 12-week schedule.
