I got into Hyrox because it demands everything — endurance, strength, mental toughness, and the ability to perform under fatigue. It's the truest test of functional fitness.

What I saw in the community was a lot of hard work going in the wrong direction. Athletes training at max effort every session, neglecting their aerobic base, ignoring CNS management, and wondering why they plateau or get injured.

I built these programs to bridge the gap between exercise and training. Every session has a purpose. Every week builds on the last. And every program is designed to peak you for race day — not just make you tired.

Periodization Over Randomness

Every training block has a purpose. Progressive overload, deload weeks, and mesocycle structure ensure your body adapts without breaking down.

High and low days aren't optional — they're the backbone of sustainable performance. Train hard, recover harder. Your nervous system dictates your output.

Energy System Development

Hyrox is 75% aerobic. Most people train 75% glycolytic. We fix that with polarized training that builds the engine first, then sharpens the blade.

Race-Specific Preparation

You never run fresh in Hyrox. Compromised running, station transitions, and race-pace simulation are built into every program because that's the actual demand.
